Bolton Dental Manufacturing Incorporated (BDM) was incorporated January 1, 1984. The company purchased the Canadian operation of Buffalo Dental Canada from Novocol/Buffalo U.S.A. BDM was also the exclusive Canadian sales agent and distributor of Novocol Pharmaceutical Co. Canada until its change in ownership.

Hugh Bolton, Chairman, and Robert Bolton, President, were associated with Buffalo/Novocol for over 45 years and 25 years respectively. These years of experience have helped make Buffalo Dental Canada a respected name in Canada.
