The BDM Automatic Drug Renewal System is a specially designed computer system that allows us to keep track of each individual drug expiry date in your BDM Emergency Kit.

How much does this system cost?

The BDM Automatic Drug Renewal System is a free service and is completely FREE OF CHARGE. You will only be billed for the drug refills as they are sent to your office.

Who am I billed by for my drug refill?

You are billed by your preferred Dental Dealer.

When can I expect my refill?

You can expect your drug refill one month prior to the expiry date of that drug.

If I do not want one component to be refilled can I still register for the Automatic Drug Renewal System?

Yes, simply write “Not needed” or “Do Not Want” in the appropriate box

What is the average expiry date of each drug component?
   
A
Every component has a different expiry. The average expiry date for each component is 12-18 months.

Where can I find the lot number of my BDM Emergency Kit?
   
A
The Lot number is found on the front of your kit.

I can't find the expiry date of my Insta Glucose.
   
A
The lot number and expiry date can be found on the bottom rim of the tube itself. It is crimped into the tube edge so you must look closely to read it.
