Product Warranty
Bolton Dental Manufacturing Incorporated
warrants products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship in original conditions with the following qualifications:
- The product will be used under the
conditions for which it has been designed.
- The product will be operated in a controlled
manner.
- The products will be used under the
proper environmental conditions.
- The customer must maintain the product
as specified in the individual product instructions.
- The product will be under warranty
for the period specified under the heading "Warranty
Period."
Instruments, tools, electrical and mechanical
equipment, and accessory devices which are mishandled, used
incorrectly, or used for a purpose other than that for which
they were designed and intended, will void warranty coverage.

To validate your warranty, submit the
completed warranty information immediately upon installation
of the product.
Warranty Claims
Should your product require factory
service or attention within the warranty period, Buffalo will
elect to make the necessary repair or replacement at no charge,
provided the product is delivered prepaid to the proper address.
It is recommended that returns be adequately
insured against carrier damage or loss.
All claims should describe the specific
problem for accurate analysis and evaluation, date of filing
the warranty information, product installation date, and Dealer
name and address.
No product replacement by the Dealer is
allowed without prior authorization by Bolton Dental Manufacturing
Incorporated.

Handpieces
Air drive, Cord Drive, Cable Drive, Prophy Angles, Contra
Angles, and Amalgam Packer Instruments are under warranty
for SIX MONTHS from the date of original installation by the
consumer/purchaser. This warranty excludes chucks which must
be replaced as wear indicates.
Electrical and Mechanical Equipment
These products are under warranty for a period of ONE YEAR
from the date or original installation by consumer/purchaser.
Amalgam Carriers
Are under warranty for ONE YEAR from the
date of purchase. The instruments must have original parts
and construction. Barrels or tips which are completely or
partially clogged with amalgam, causing the plunger to be
inoperative, to bind or to stick, are not considered defects.
Carriers must be maintained immediately after use for proper
operation and warranty fulfillment.

Factory
Repair
Repairs made under warranty will be honored until the completion
of the original product warranty period. Out-of-warranty items
will be repaired with factory replacement parts covered by our
Product Warranty for a period of 90 DAYS.
Expiration Dated Materials
Are warranted for their individually indicated times.

warranty registration!
Remember to note the Product Serial Number,
Purchase date, Installation Date, and Dealer Information on
your Product Instruction Manual for future reference.
